Keelcroft / Azure DevOps Sync for Jira / Terms

Customer terms

Effective 30 September 2026. These terms apply to Azure DevOps Sync for Jira, published by Keelcroft and sold through the Atlassian Marketplace.

Licence

The app is licensed, not sold, under the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement as adopted by the Atlassian Marketplace, together with the additional terms on this page. Where the two conflict, the Standard End User Agreement prevails. Billing, trials, renewals and refunds are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use; Keelcroft does not bill you directly.

What the app does, and what it depends on

The app synchronises the fields you configure between Jira Cloud issues and work items in your own Azure DevOps organization, and verifies each write by reading it back. It depends on Atlassian Forge, on the Azure DevOps REST API and Service Hooks, and on the personal access token or service principal you supply. Behaviour, availability and rate limits of those platforms are outside Keelcroft's control, and a change on either side may interrupt or alter synchronisation until the app is updated.

The app never deletes a Jira issue or a work item. It reports conflicts, unmapped states and rejected writes rather than resolving them silently. Verification means the destination was read back and compared; it is not a guarantee that a third-party platform will store every value you send.
